I'm looking for a buddy of mine by the name of James Britt that was/is from Ludington, MI. He served with me in the US Navy back in the early 1980's on a ship named the USS Ouellet. We are trying to locate him for an upcoming divisional get together with his fellow shipmates. Any info on his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
